Have you heard some awful news lately and first thing you did was pick up the phone to make calls? What would be the turn around if you went to the other room, closed the door, and began to pour out your heart to the Father and to Jesus? Would all fear, worry, and anxiety begin yo bow to the name of Jesus?
Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. [Ps. 55:22.]

Oh Papa God, we know that You perfect those things that concern us. We also know that You deliver us because You delight in us. You do not see us through our circumstances, but through Your son Jesus. Father, deliver us and heal us from everything that brings worry, anxiety, and fear in our lives. We submit these areas to You and ask for mercy and more faith to face our circumstances with the heart and mind of Christ. In Jesus name.
