Use your gifts. Help people feel at home.
Serving is one way we love God, care for people, and help create space for others to encounter His presence. There are many ways to take a meaningful next step.
Serve with purpose and grow in community.
You do not have to know exactly where you fit before you begin. Share your interests, experience, and availability, and an RHLC leader can help identify an appropriate next step based on current ministry needs.
Different gifts. One church family.
Serving opportunities may change as ministry needs and available teams change. The areas below are examples of ways people may support the life and mission of RHLC.
Welcome & Hospitality
Help guests feel seen and supported through greeting, welcome support, ushering, hospitality, parking, or follow-up.
Creative & Production
Support worship and communication through sound, lighting, video, photography, social media, website, or other creative work.
Children & Next Generation
Encourage children, teens, young adults, and families in roles approved for your experience and the ministry’s current needs.
Prayer & Ministry
Learn about opportunities connected with prayer, intercession, worship, prophetic ministry, and other approved ministry teams.
Outreach & Care
Serve practical and spiritual needs through food outreach, community care, evangelism, transportation, or other outreach efforts.
Administration & Support
Use planning, scheduling, communications, organization, or project support skills to help ministry teams work effectively.
A clear path from interest to involvement.
Completing the interest form starts a conversation. It does not commit you to a role or guarantee placement.
Share your interests
Tell us about your availability, experience, and the areas you would like to explore.
Connect with a leader
An RHLC leader may follow up to discuss current needs, expectations, and possible next steps.
Find the right fit
Placement is based on current needs, leadership approval, and any applicable onboarding or safety requirements.
Healthy teams begin with clear expectations.
Some roles may involve additional conversations, training, scheduling, ministry protocols, or safety requirements. RHLC leadership determines placement and will communicate the next steps that apply to a particular serving area.
